On our previous website, online profiles allowed you to view our products, and group them in your shopping cart for the purpose of submitting quote requests. Our new website still allows that functionality, but you do not need a profile to make use of it.

We recommend you make your reservation as soon as you know the details such as date, venue, number of people, and specific items you may want. Your items are not guaranteed until you sign and pay your 50% deposit. We recommend you reserve your highest guest count. You will be able to reduce your numbers 30 days before your event, however there is not a refund for items reduced after the 30 day mark. Final number changes are allowed if increasing numbers and inventory allows up to 2 weeks before your event. If you still desire to reduce numbers without a refund we can do that up to 2 weeks before your event. A general rule is to reserve 1 year in advance for large events. 6 months is safe, depending on the time of year.

If you have an emergency after hours you can call the store and they will have a number for you to call to get assistance. We are on call 24hrs a day.

We ask that you wash any dishes or food service items (popcorn poppers, cotton candy, etc.) before returning. Please shake off debris from linens and fold them before returning.

Most party items are a Friday to Monday one day rental.

Yes, you can make final count changes up to 30 days before your event. If you cancel your tent then you would forfeit a portion of your deposit depending on the date of cancellation.

All reservations require a deposit.
